Transport damage

In rare cases, damage to the package occurs during transport. Please check your delivery immediately upon receipt for any transport damage.

If you discover any damage during transport, report it directly to the delivery driver and refuse to accept it. Please then inform us additionally by email. We will then contact you immediately and coordinate everything else with you personally.

Damage that occurred due to transport and is only discovered when unpacking (so-called hidden damage) must be reported to the seller immediately. Here too, a solution will be agreed upon immediately.
